What is this NEW course about?

This course is inspired by developments in computing such as Disruptive Innovation and Digital Transformation which has led to the creation of new markets and the displacement of established business models such as Netflix, Bitcoin and Spotify. This transformation requires established businesses to embrace digital technology across all areas of activity, while also creating space for the development of new and innovative models.

Course Structure

In Years 1 and 2, students will be introduced to core computing subjects along with modules in design and business. In Years 3 and 4, the course merges technical skills in high-level web and mobile application development, integrating social media applications, implementing cloud computing technologies with a focus on user interface design, informed business skills in data analytics, management and entrepreneurship.
